RESUMEN
La Historia de América es un importante componente de estudio como asignatura dentro del currículo de la formación general en la Enseñanza Media Superior y Politécnica, por los estudios realizados, se aprecia un insuficiente tratamiento al concepto desigual desarrollo en América Latina desde la modelación del contenido histórico. A partir del empleo de métodos teóricos, (Histórico-lógico, Analítico-sintético e Inductivo-deductivo y la Modelación); así como los métodos empíricos (Encuesta, Entrevista y Análisis documental), se propone un sistema de actividades didácticas para el tratamiento al concepto desarrollo desigual en el programa de Historia de América, con el objetivo de sistematizar desde proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje, el conocimiento histórico y los valores que resaltan la unidad desde las fortalezas del contenido. La presente investigación se realiza una síntesis histórica de la evolución del desarrollo desigual en Latinoamérica desde los orígenes con la conquista y colonización, teniendo en cuenta que las diversas culturas que poblaron nuestras tierras antes de la llegada de los invasores europeos presentaban diferentes niveles de desarrollo que pudiera tratarse como desigual desarrollo, aspecto que fue acrecentado con el hallazgo, ocupación y colonización. Esta investigación se sustenta en la consulta de importantes obras de Martí, J. (1972, 1998); Galeano, E. (2010); Rafael, B. (1974); Romañach, E. (1981); Muro, E. (2012); Guerra, S. (20003) y otros que han profundizado a este aspecto histórico latinoamericano, teniendo en cuenta sus potencialidades cognoscitivas se trata en el programa de Historia de América con un basamento cultural, ideológico e identitario desde una perspectiva educativa y axiológica.

Abstract
The History of America is an important component of study as a subject within the curriculum of general training in Higher Secondary and Polytechnic Education, due to the studies carried out, there is insufficient treatment of the concept of unequal development in Latin America from the modeling of historical content. .
Based on the use of theoretical methods (Historical-logical, Analytical-synthetic and Inductive-deductive and Modeling); as well as empirical methods (Survey, Interview and Documentary Analysis), a system of didactic activities is proposed for the treatment of the unequal development in the American History program, with the objective of systematizing knowledge from the teaching-learning process. history and the values that highlight unity from the strengths of the content.
In this research, a historical synthesis of the evolution of unequal development in Latin America is carried out since its origins with the conquest and colonization, taking into account that the various cultures that populated our continent before the arrival of the conquerors presented different levels of development. or what could be treated as unequal development, an aspect that was increased with discovery, conquest and colonization.
This research is based on the consultation of important works by Martí, J. (1972, 1998); Galeano, E. (2010); Raphael, B. (1974); Romañach, E. (1981); Wall, E. (2012); Guerra, S. (20003) and others who have delved into this Latin American historical aspect, which, taking into account its cognitive potential, is treated in the History of America program with a cultural, ideological and identity basis.
