ESTUDIO BIBLIOMÉTRICO SOBRE LA PLANEACIÓN PROSPECTIVA ESTRATÉGICA DE LOS RECURSOS HUMANOS

RESUMEN
El estudio no se enmarcó en un período de tiempo, se analizaron los artículos que se encontraron en las bases de datos de SciELO, Sciencedirect, Scopus, WOS. Se determinó el grado de productividad por países, años, revistas, productividad científica donde se tiene en cuenta la raíz cuadrada de Price y el índice de Lotka, índice de colaboración y el análisis de co-ocurrencia de palabras. Para el análisis y visualización de los datos, se empleó Microsoft Excel, UCINET 6.0, NetDraw, ToolInf, VOSviewer, y la librería Matplotlib de Python. Se apreció un incremento en la cantidad de artículos publicados relacionados con la planeación de prospectiva estratégica de recursos humanos en la última década. La mayor parte de los trabajos son elaborados en grupos. Se aprecia una fuerte vinculación de la planeación de los recursos humanos con el sector de la salud y en menor medida con el sector empresarial.

BIBLIOMETRIC STUDY ON STRATEGIC PROSPECTIVE PLANNING OF HUMAN RESOURCES
ABSTRACT
The study was not framed in a period of time, the articles found in the databases of SciELO, Sciencedirect, Scopus, WOS were analyzed. The degree of productivity was determined by countries, years, journals, scientific productivity where the square root of Price and the Lotka index, collaboration index and the analysis of word co-occurrence are considered. For the analysis and visualization of the data, Microsoft Excel, UCINET 6.0, NetDraw, ToolInf, VOSviewer, and the Python Matplotlib library were used. There was an increase in the number of articles published related to strategic prospective planning of human resources in the last decade. The authors of this topic are mostly transitory. Most of the work is done in groups. There is a strong link between human resource planning with the health sector and to a lesser extent with the business sector.
