Resumen: El presente trabajo trata de dar una visión general de la Gestión de la prevención en la Clínica Estomatológica de Baire. Se abordará, en cierta medida, la interconexión entre la Gestión de la prevención y el plan de riesgos laborales que se lleva a cabo en dicha entidad, para así lograr una adecuada utilización de los términos en el ámbito científico como en el profesional de la institución. Es una investigación que tiene como objetivos: Diagnosticar el comportamiento del proceso de Gestión de la Prevención de los Riesgos Laborales y Medioambientales en la Clínica Estomatológica de Contramaestre y determinar sus principales problemáticas y proponer un Plan de Acción para mejorar este proceso de gestión. Para la realización del trabajo se utilizó el enfoque cualitativo y el cuantitativo además de métodos y técnicas tanto del nivel teórico como: Análisis y síntesis, Inducción deducción, histórico lógico, hermenéutico y desde el punto de vista empírico métodos como: la encuesta, entrevista, y la observación, revisión de documentos además de la triangulación teórica y metodológica.

Absttract
Summary: The present work tries to give a general vision of the Management of the prevention in the Contramaestre Dental Clinic.It will approach the interconnection between the Management of the prevention and the plan of working risks that carries out in this entity, to, thus, achieving an adequate use of the terms in the scientific and professional fields of the institution. It is an investigation that has the following objectives: To diagnose the behavior of the Management Process for the Prevention of Occupational and Environmental Risks at the Contramaestre Dental Clinic to determine its main problems problems and to propose an Action Plan to improve this management process to carry out the work, it was used the qualitative and quantitative approach, as well as methods and techniques of the theoretical level and: Analysis and synthesis, deduction induction, logical history, hermeneutics and from the empirical point of view methods such as: the inquest, interview and observation, document revision in addition to theoretical and methodological triangulation.
