Resumen:
El objetivo del estudio que se presenta es promover la labor orientadora de los agentes educativos en la prevención de manifestaciones inadecuadas en la residencia estudiantil de la Filial Ciencias Médicas del municipio Contramaestre. Favorece además el desarrollo de una conciencia participativa y preventiva que posibilita perfeccionar la atención educativa.Se presenta, sobre la base del diagnóstico una metodología socioeducativa donde se promueve la gestión de la prevención socioeducativa, implicando el perfeccionamiento de la labor de los gestores universitarios en aras de desarrollar las acciones necesarias para la prevención de manifestaciones inadecuadas en la residencia estudiantil y lograr el mejoramiento de la calidad de la educación superior así como el impacto del trabajo educativo en la formación integral del joven universitario que se desarrolla desde las residencias estudiantiles. Para ello fue necesario emplear métodos empíricos y teóricos: Análisis, síntesis, histórico-lógico, sistémico estructural. Observación, encuestas, entrevistas, criterio de especialistas. Los resultados de la investigación han sido incorporados a toda la proyección de la estrategia de trabajo educativo de la residencia, contribuyendo al perfeccionamiento de dicho proceso. La experiencia del estudio denotó la necesidad de proseguir el perfeccionamiento del trabajo educativo como proceso pedagógico universitario de carácter complejo, a la vez que evidenció un salto cualitativo en la gestión universitaria. Responde a la temática: La transformación de los sistemas educativos y su impacto en la calidad de la educación. Retos y perspectivas.

Abstract:
The objective of the study that presents itselfis promoting the guiding work in the prevention of inadequate manifestations at the FCMC's student residence. You favor besides the development of a communicative conscience that makes it possible to make the educational attention perfect and yellow light. You show up, on the diagnosis's base a methodology socioeducationallity where socioeducationallity promotes the step of prevention itself implicating the perfecting of the work of the university managers for the sake of developing the necessary actions for the prevention of inadequate manifestations at the student residence and achieving the improvement of the quality of the higher education as well as the impact of the educational work in the integral formation of the young university student that develops from the student residences. It was necessary to use empiric methods and theoreticians for it: Analysis, synthesis, historic logician, systemic structural. Observation, opinion polls, interviews, specialists' opinion. The research findings have been incorporated to all the projection of the strategy of educational work of the residence, contributing to the perfecting of the aforementioned process. The experience of the study denoted the need to go along the perfecting of the educational work like pedagogic university process of complex character, at the same time as you evidenced a qualitative jump in the university step.
