RESUMEN
Las cualidades morales sientan las bases para el desarrollo ético y estético. En tal sentido se plantea resolver las insuficiencias que se presentan en la formación de la cualidad moral amor y respeto a los mártires de la historia local de municipio de Manzanillo, desde el área de Educación Plástica. La solución de esta problemática se plantea como objetivo la elaboración de un sistema de actividades programadas de Educación Plástica para la formación de la cualidad moral amor y respeto a los mártires de la historia local del municipio Manzanillo en los niños del grado preescolar. Se emplearon los métodos teóricos, empíricos y estadísticos. Se revela la concepción teórica y metodológica en tres bloques esenciales: vida y obra de Mario Carbó Calzada, Sergio Luis Ramos Mojena y Clodomira Acosta Ferrales. Se corrobora su efectividad en la práctica pedagógica de la escuela: Mario Carbó Calzada.

ABSTRACT
The moral attributes lay the foundations for the ethical and esthetic development. It is proposed to solve the insufficiencies that present itself in the formation of the moral attribute in such sense love and respect to the martyrs of the local history of municipality of Manzanillo, from Educations’ area Plastic. The solution of this problems presents like objective the Plastic elaboration of a system of activities programmed of Educación for the formation of the moral attribute itself love and respect to the martyrs of the local history of the municipality Olive Tree in the children of the preschool grade. They used the theoretic methods, empiricists and statisticians. The theoretic conception and methodological at three essential blocks are revealed: Life and works of Mario Carbó Calzada, Sergio Luis Ramos Mojena and Clodomira Acosta Ferrales. His effectiveness is corroborated in the school's pedagogic practice: Mario Carbó Worn.
