RESUMEN

Propuesta de un sistema de actividades para potenciar la formación vocacional y orientación profesional hacia las carreras pedagógicas, en estudiantes de secundaria básica de las escuelas del municipio Bartolomé Masó. En la formación vocacional pedagógica y orientación profesional, el principio del politécnico y secundaria básica es de vital importancia, ya que la naturaleza profesional de las asignaturas prepara a los estudiantes con elementos de conocimientos pedagógicos y didácticos, con un mínimo de habilidades, que desde el nivel medio básico y superior, puede aplicar en tareas relacionadas con la profesión pedagógica. Las distintas formas de realizar el trabajo extraescolar deben verse en su unidad e interrelación pues constituyen expresiones diversas de la práctica del trabajo vocacional. En la formación vocacional pedagógica el movimiento de monitores, los círculos de interés propician las condiciones para que la vocación pedagógica se desarrolle y constituya un ejemplo de organizar el trabajo vocacional.

SUMMARY

Proposal of a system of activities to promote vocational training and professional orientation towards pedagogical careers, in junior high school students from schools in the Bartolomé Masó municipality. In pedagogical vocational training and professional orientation, the principle of polytechnic and basic secondary is of vital importance, since the professional nature of the subjects prepares students with elements of pedagogical and didactic knowledge, with a minimum of skills, which from the basic and upper intermediate level, you can apply in tasks related to the pedagogical profession. The different ways of carrying out extracurricular work must be seen in their unity and interrelation as they constitute diverse expressions of the practice of vocational work. In pedagogical vocational training, the movement of monitors, the circles of interest, promote the conditions for the pedagogical vocation to develop and constitute an example of organizing vocational work.
