RESUMEN
La preparación de los trabajadores desempeña un papel fundamental en las actividades relacionadas con la vida laboral, investigativa, familiar y social del mismo. Es una estrategia fundamental que potencia la integralidad de este con una visión humana y responsable frente a las necesidades y oportunidades del desarrollo actual del país. El trabajo titulado “Actividades para preparar a los trabajadores de la Unidad Empresarial de Base (UEB) Ferrocarriles Cienfuegos en el componente Gestión y Prevención de Riesgos”, tiene como objetivo principal diseñar actividades para la preparación de los trabajadores de la UEB Ferrocarriles Cienfuegos en el componente Gestión y Prevención de Riesgos de la Resolución 60/2011 de la Contraloría General de la República (CGRC). Se aplicaron métodos del nivel teoricos e empírico donde se pudo fundamentar la veracidad del problema científico detectado y la fundamentación del proceso de preparación de los trabajadores y las actividades que se presentan. Los especialistas consideran que las actividades ofrecen una respuesta concreta a la preparación en el Componente Gestión y Prevención de Riesgos.

THE PREPARATION OF CIENFUEGOS RAILWAY WORKERS IN THE RISK MANAGEMENT AND PREVENTION COMPONENT
SUMMARY
The preparation of workers plays a fundamental role in activities related to their work, research, family and social life. It is a fundamental strategy that enhances the integrality of this with a human and responsible vision in the face of the needs and opportunities of the current development of the country. The main objective of the work entitled "Activities to prepare the workers of the Base Business Unit (UEB) Ferrocarriles Cienfuegos in the Risk Management and Prevention component", has as main objective to design activities for the preparation of the workers of the UEB Ferrocarriles Cienfuegos in the Risk Management and Prevention component of Resolution 60/2011 of the Office of the Comptroller General of the Republic (CGRC). Methods of the theoretical and empirical level were applied where the veracity of the scientific problem detected and the foundation of the preparation process of the workers and the activities that are presented could be based. The specialists consider that the activities offer a concrete response to the preparation in the Risk Management and Prevention Component.
