RESUMEN
Este trabajo da respuesta a la labor desarrollada por las mujeres cubanas en todos los sectores, pero ha sido un proceso realizado por las féminas del municipio Bartolomé Masó visto a través de la mujer en la educación, superación, cuyo objetivo fundamental es capacitar a las féminas en función de lograr una mujer más preparada, más trabajadora, más creativa, más capaz, prestando una suma atención a los orígenes y principio fundacionales para cumplir las mismas tareas en el contexto actual y atendiendo a los requerimientos de estos momentos en que atraviesa nuestro país, como es el bloqueo económico, la pandemia covid 19 por lo que los autores declaran como titulo. Cómo contribuir a la formación de Asistentes Educativas y Auxiliares Pedagógicas desde la federación de Mujeres Cubanas en el Municipio Bartolomé Masó, diseñando temas de alto impacto social, pedagógico, psicológico en aras de contribuir al crecimiento personal de las féminas.

This work yields answer to the work developed by the womanly Cubans at all of the sectors, but it has been a process accomplished by creative, more capable women as a group of the Bartolomé Masó municipality seen through the woman in education, overcoming, whose fundamental objective is to capacitate in terms of achieving a most prepared woman, more worker, more to women as a group, rendering an utmost attention to the origins and beginning constituent as a mere formality the same tasks in the present-day context and attending to the requests of these moments you cross our country in, that I eat in covid is the economic blockade, the pandemic 19For what authors declare like security.How contributing to Asistentes's formation Educational Auxiliares Pedagogic from Womanly Cubans' federation at the Municipality Bartholomew Masó, designing themes of loud social, pedagogic, psychological impact for the sake of contributing to women as a group's personal growth.
