Resumen
El presente trabajo se encuentra dirigido a fortalecer la preparación de los secretarios docentes de Secundaria Básica para el trabajo con los indicadores de eficiencia educacional, a partir de la implementación de talleres metodológicos. Lo anterior se sustenta en la importancia de este tipo de trabajo, a la hora de valorar la calidad del proceso docente educativo, desde el análisis e inferencia de los datos primarios que de el emana para la toma de decisiones de los principales cuadros y directivos. Para cumplir con este objetivo se estableció el marco teórico de la investigación, caracterizando la preparación de los secretarios; se elaboraron los talleres metodológicos y se evaluó su efectividad, con lo cual se logró un total dominio de las fórmulas y la metodología para la determinación de los indicadores de eficiencia educacional, así como una óptima preparación para inferir la información que los mismos aportan.

Summary
The present work is aimed at strengthening the preparation of the teaching secretaries of Basic Secondary to work with the educational efficiency indicators, based on the implementation of methodological workshops. The foregoing is based on the importance of this type of work, when assessing the quality of the educational teaching process, from the analysis and inference of the primary data that emanates from it for the decision-making of the main cadres and managers. To fulfill this objective, the theoretical framework of the investigation was established, characterizing the preparation of the secretaries; The methodological workshops were developed and their effectiveness was evaluated, with which a total mastery of the formulas and methodology for the determination of educational efficiency indicators was achieved, as well as an optimal preparation to infer the information that they provide.
