¿CÓMO LOGRAR LA MOTIVACIÓN EN LOS ALUMNOS DURANTE LAS CLASES MEDIANTE LA UTILIZACIÓN EFICIENTE DE LOS MEDIOS DE ENSEÑANZA?

Resumen

En los momentos actuales a las instituciones educacionales se les ha encomendado la tarea de elevar la calidad del trabajo educativo partiendo del uso eficiente de los diferentes componentes didácticos que permiten la conducción del proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje destacando el papel de los medios de enseñanza como elementos que estimulan la autoactividad creadora desde la activación de los procesos psíquicos que conforman la esfera ejecutora, puntualizando  en la imaginación y  percepción  los fomentan la actividad cognoscitiva en los estudiantes. A partir de diferentes tipos de controles, resultados de las comprobaciones de conocimientos y las visitas a clases se detectaron las siguientes insuficiencias:desmotivación de los estudiantes, son insuficiente la realización por parte de los alumnos de diferentes medios de enseñanza en las clases práctica y la falta de una correcta vinculación entre los medios tradicionales desde la clase.De ahí que se ha detectado la siguiente problemática:¿cómo lograr la motivación durante las clases a partir de la utilización eficiente de los medios de enseñanza?. La elevación de la motivación permitirá un alumno más resuelto y seguro de sí mismo con un grupo de valores que él mismo, con su actuación, ha logrado conseguir.El objetivo de este trabajo es elaborar un conjunto de mediosde enseñanzacomo recursos indispensables para el logro de la motivación en los estudiantes durante la clase. La elevación de la motivación permitirá el desarrollo de actividades que, apoyadas en los medios de enseñanza, posibiliten el resultado deseado en la motivación de los estudiantes.El trabajo genera impacto en el orden social pues se logra una mayor creatividad, independencia seguridad, estabilidad, relaciones interpersonales aceptables y sus habilidades intelectuales propias se evidencian con mayor éxito, así como las formaciones psicológicas, necesidades, motivos, aspiraciones e intereses.

HOW ACHIEVING THE MOTIVATION IN THE PUPILS DURING THE INTERVENING CLASSROOMS THE EFFICIENT UTILIZATION OF THE TUITIONAL MEANS?

Summary

In the current moments to the educational institutions have been commended the task of elevating the quality of the educational work leaving of the efficient use of the different didactic components that you/they allow the conduction of the process of teaching learning the paper of the teaching means like elements that stimulate the car creative activity from the activation of the psychic processes that you/they conform the sphere ejecutora, remarking in the imagination and perception highlighting they foment them the cognitive activity in the students.  Starting from different types of controls, results of the confirmations of knowledge and the visits to classes the following inadequacies were detected:   The students' Desmotivación, is insufficient the realization on the part of the students of different teaching means in the classes practice and the lack of a correct linking among the traditional means from the class. With the result that the following one has been detected problematic: how to achieve the motivation during the classes starting from the efficient use of the teaching means?. The elevation of the motivation will allow a more resolved and surer student of itself with a group of values that him same, with its performance, it has been able to get. The objective of this work is to elaborate a group of teaching means like indispensable resource for the achievement of the motivation in the students during the class. The elevation of the motivation will allow the development of activities that, supported in the teaching means, facilitate the result wanted in the motivation of the students. The work generates impact in the social order because a bigger creativity, independence security, stability is achieved, acceptable interpersonal relationships and its own intellectual abilities are evidenced with more success, as well as the psychological formations, necessities, reasons, aspirations and interests.
