Resumen
La comunicación oral es la interacción verbal y no verbal para comunicar pensamientos, información, y sentimientos a una audiencia. Es cierto que desarrollar buena comunicación no es sólo hablar con exactitud sino que también con fluidez, con el objetivo de proporcionar el correcto significado por el hablante. La exactitud de hablar puede ser utilizada como el punto de partida, lo cual puede conducir uno a hablar con fluidez. Hoy día, se cree que sin hablar inglés fluido es difícil de ser exitoso. Si usted habla con fluidez quiere decir que usted habla fácilmente, rápidamente y con pocas pausas. Se considera que si los estudiantes tuvieran la oportunidad para desarrollar fluidez en el discurso en inglés mientras continúan sus estudios académicos, realmente sería un esfuerzo muy beneficioso para ellos desde perspectivas diversas.

DEVELOPMENT OF ORAL FLUENCY THROUGH THE ENGLISH LESSONS IN 9TH GRADE STUDENTS.
Abstract
Oral communication is the verbal and non-verbal interaction with an audience to communicate thoughts, information, and feelings. It is true in making good communication one must not only speak accurately but also fluently, in order to deliver the core of the meaning intended by the speaker. The accuracy of speaking can be used as the starting point, which can lead one to speak fluently. Nowadays, it is believed that without speaking English fluently it’s hard to be successful. If you speak fluently it means you speak easily, quickly and with few pauses. It is considered that if students get the opportunity to develop fluency in the English speech while they are pursuing their academics, it would really be a very beneficial effort for them from various perspectives.
