RESUMEN
La comunicación entre personas de diferentes países constituye la base de la relación social, económica y política entre ellos. En el mundo contemporáneo el idioma más hablado es inglés. Es el idioma fundamental de libros, periódico, aeropuertos y control de tráfico aéreo, negocio internacional, ciencia, tecnología, competencias casuales, internacionales, diplomacia, música pop y propaganda. La enseñanza de idioma inglés en nuestro país tiene un valor muy importante desde diversos puntos de vista económico, social y político. El objetivo principal del estudio de inglés es lograr la comunicación entre profesor-estudiante, estudiante-estudiante y entre grupo y estudiante y lo debería hacer adentro que desarrollan las siguientes habilidades: Hoy en día la educación ha sufrido cambios a raíz de la pandemia que azota al mundo la Covid 19, transformaciones con el uso de las tecnologías se han implementado dada la necesidad de las personas de permanecer en sus casas. Los profesores de inglés de la Universidad de Guantánamo han llevado a cabo un arduo trabajo en el logro de la preparación de los estudiantes de manera online. Este trabajo aborda la labor desarrollada por las autoras en el logro de estos.

THE IMPACT OF THE WEBINAR IN THE TEACHERS AND STUDENT’S PROFESSIONAL LABOR
ABSTRACT
The base of the social, cost-reducing relation and policy constitutes the interpersonal communication of different countries among themselves. In the world contemporary the more idiom spoken is English. The fundamental language comes from books, newspaper, airports and air traffic control, international business, science, technology, casual, international competitions, diplomacy, pop music and propaganda. The teaching of English language at its country has a very important value from various points of view, social and politic. The principal objective of the study of English is to achieve the communication between professor student, student student and between group and student and you should do it inside that they develop the following abilities: Nowadays the education has suffered changes because of the pandemic that the Covid whips to the world 19, transformations with the use of technologies have implemented themselves once the need of the people to remain at his houses was given. The professors of English of Guantánamo's University have accomplished an arduous work in the achievement of the preparation of the students of way online. This work discusses the work developed by the authors in the achievement of the same.
