RESUMEN
La formación de profesionales competentes es una prioridad de la Educación Superior en Cuba, la que tiene en cuenta la instrucción en el conocimiento científico y el fomento de los más altos valores morales. En el caso de los profesores de Español- Literatura requiere el desarrollo de habilidades que les permitan, por medio de los contenidos lingüísticos y literarios dirigir el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje en una institución educativa, encaminado a la formación integral de la personalidad de sus estudiantes. El objetivo de este trabajo, resultado del quehacer metodológico en el colectivo pedagógico, es proponer una estrategia educativa para el 1er año académico de la carrera Licenciatura en Educación. Español- Literatura de la Universidad de Granma que favorezca la formación integral de este profesional. La aplicación de técnicas e instrumentos permitió constatar resultados superiores en la formación de los estudiantes, después de ejecutadas las acciones de la estrategia educativa diseñada.

EDUCATIONAL STRATEGY FOR THE TRAINING OF LANGUAGE AND LITERATURE TEACHERS
ABSTRACT
The training of competent professionals is a priority of Higher Education in Cuba, which considers instruction in scientific knowledge and the promotion of the highest moral values. In the case of Spanish- Literature teachers, it requires the development of skills that allow them, through the linguistic and literary contents, to direct the teaching- learning process in an educational institution, aimed at the integral formation of the personality of their students. The objective of this work, the result of the methodological work in the pedagogical group, is to propose an educational strategy for the 1st academic year of the Bachelor Education career. Spanish- Literature of the University of Granma that favors the integral formation of this professional. The application of techniques and instruments allowed to verify superior results in the students, after executing the actions of the educational strategy designed.
