Resumen
La universidad cubana actual aspira al logro de un enfoque integral para la labor educativa la cual se sustenta en el principio de la unidad entre el proceso de enseñanza y la educación mediante la participación activa y consciente del educando en las diferentes actividades, así como, el desarrollo como sistema de todas las influencias educativas que tienen lugar en la comunidad universitaria.Es por ello que la labor educativa del profesor juega un papel esencial en la formación integral de los futuros profesionales, es decir la formación de un hombre capaz de pensar, sentir y actuar integralmente, en correspondencia con las necesidades de la sociedad donde vive y el marco concreto de la comunidad donde se desarrolla. De ahí que esta labor educativa debe ser de forma constante, sistemática y creadora.

THE EDUCATIVE LABOR IN THE INTEGRAL FORMATION OF THE FUTURE PROFESSIONAL
Abstract
The Cuban university nowadays has as main goal to achieve an integral approach for the educative labor which is sustained in the principle of the unity between the learning process and the education through the conscious and active participation of the students in the different activities, as well as the development as a system of all the educative influences that take place in the university.
For that reason, the professor’s educative labor plays an essential role in the integral formation of the future professionals, that is, the formation of a man able to think, feel and act integrally in correspondence with the necessities of the society where he lives and the concrete frame work of the community where he reaches his development. Hence, the educative labor should be carried out in a constant, systematic and creative way.
