Resumen:
El presente trabajo parte de la necesidad de resolver las carencias de los docentes que laboran con niños de la infancia preescolar, para mejorar su preparación para el trabajo con el área de Lengua Materna para el desarrollo de la pronunciación de los niños. El diagnóstico permitió determinar las necesidades de superación mediante la utilización de diferentes métodos y técnicas de investigación como, el analítico-sintético, abstracción-generalización, inductivo-deductivo, la observación, la encuesta, la entrevista, así como métodos del nivel matemático-estadístico.
Para suplir las necesidades de los docentes se proponen acciones de superación que se distinguen por un accionar equilibrado entre lo teórico y lo práctico propiciando el desarrollo del docente como individuo, favoreciendo el trabajo cooperativo y promoviendo la reflexión.

TITLE: PROFESSIONAL IMPROVEMENT OF TEACHERS TO WORK WITH THE MOTHER TONGUE IN EARLY INFANCY.
Abstract:
The present paper starts from the need to solve the deficiencies of teachers working with children in preschool. It intends to improve the teachers’ preparation when working with the area of the Mother Tongue to develop the children’s pronunciation. The diagnosis allowed determining the needs of improvement by means of different research methods and techniques such as analytical-syntactical, abstraction-generalization, inductive-deductive, observation, survey, interview and also methods of the mathematical-statistical level.
In order to meet the needs of teachers, actions for improvement are proposed and these are distinguished for being balanced between the theoretical part and the practical part, leading to a development in the teacher as individual, favoring the cooperative work and encouraging reflection.
