RESUMEN
El problema que se aborda es fortalecer el estudio de la historia local de las Artes Visuales en el 4to grado de la escuela primaria “Luis Ramírez López” de Caimanera, por lo que nuestro propósito es la elaboración de un folleto para el estudio de la historia local de las Artes Visuales en el 4to grado de la escuela primaria “Luis Ramírez López” de Caimanera. En el desarrollo del trabajo han sido considerados los métodos científicos de investigación: Métodos del nivel teórico: Histórico y lógico, Análisis y síntesis, Inducción y deducción, enfoque de sistema; Del nivel empírico: Observación científica, experiencia pedagógica de la autora, encuesta, entrevista; Del nivel estadístico y matemático: Análisis porcentual, todos fueron utilizados para la constatación del problema y en la valoración de la propuesta. Los resultados principales han sido: la alternativa para la realización de tareas de aprendizaje sobre la historia local de las artes visuales en correspondencia con los objetivos y el diagnóstico, alegan que el mismo les brinda información para su buen desempeño. Lo antes expuesto factibiliza que el folleto elaborado para el maestro e instructor de arte da todas las posibilidades de promover la búsqueda reflexiva, valorativa e independiente del conocimiento y propicia el debate, la confrontación y el intercambio de vivencias y estrategias de aprendizaje, en función de la socialización de la actividad individual, pues brinda conocimiento de los artistas plásticos locales.

SUMMARY
The treated problem is to strengthen the study of the local history of the Plastic Arts in 4th grade in Luis Ramírez López elementary school in Caimanera, which is why our purpose is the elaboration of a brochure for the study of the local history of the Plastic Arts in 4th grade of the elementary school Luis Ramírez López in Caimanera. They have been considered the scientific investigation's methods in the development of the work: Methods of the theorist level: Historic and logic, Analysis and synthesis, Induction and deduction, focus of system; Of the empiric level: Scientific observation, the author's pedagogic experience, opinion poll, interview; Of the statistical level,and mathematician: Percentage analysis, all were used for the verification of the problem ,and in the assessment of the proposal. The principal results have been: The alternative for the realization of the learning tasks about the local history of the plastic arts, in relation with the objectives and the diagnosis; teachers affirm, that this brochure, offer them information for their good performance. All this makes possible that the brochure elaborated for the teacher and the art instructor gives all of the possibilities to promote the reflexive search, appraisive and independent of the knowledge, and, it propitiates the debate, the confrontation and the interchange of the experiences and learning strategies, in terms of the socialization of the individual activity, because it offers knowledge about local plastic artists.
