PROGRAMA DE COMUNICACIÓN ASERTIVA COMO ASIGNATURA ELECTIVA EN LA FORMACIÓN DE LOS INGENIEROS AGRÓNOMOS

RESUMEN

Se valora de gran importancia la posibilidad de ampliar la formación humanista de los egresados de la carrera de Ingeniería Agronómica del Centro Universitario Municipal Frankl País (CUM) a través de la inclusión en el Plan de Estudio E de la carrera, de una nueva asignatura de corte humanístico, que incida directamente en la formación de competencias comunicativas asertivas de los egresados en los entornos agrícola y académico. Para materializar esta posibilidad, se elabora la propuesta de Programa de la asignatura electiva Comunicación Asertiva, que dará respuesta a las necesidades específicas de formación integral del Ingeniero Agrónomo de la nueva Universidad Cubana y de esta forma contribuir a desarrolla las habilidades comunicativas asertivas en la integración de los compontes funcionales del lenguaje que posibiliten la resolución de conflictos de interese que se manifiestan en los diversos contextos de actuación del estos profesionales. La propuesta se introduce desde el enfoque de las tecnologías sociales por la repercusión e impacto que tiene desde una visión sociológica y pedagógica.

ASSERTIVE COMMUNICATION PROGRAM AS AN ELECTIVE SUBJECT IN THE TRAINING OF AGRICULTURAL ENGINEERS

ABSTRACT

The possibility of expanding the humanistic training of graduates of the Agronomic Engineering career of the Frank País Municipal University Center (CUM) through the inclusion in the Study Plan E of the career, of a new subject of Humanistic cut, which directly affects the formation of assertive communication skills of graduates in agricultural and academic environments. To materialize this possibility, the proposal for the Program of the elective subject Assertive Communication is prepared, which will respond to the specific needs of comprehensive training of the Agronomist Engineer of the new Cuban University and in this way contribute to developing assertive communication skills in integration of the functional components of language that enable the resolution of conflicts of interest that are manifested in the various contexts of performance of these professionals. The proposal is introduced from the approach of social technologies due to the repercussion and impact it has from a sociological and pedagogical perspective.
