Resumen
El trabajo consiste en un programa de capacitación al colectivo pedagógico sobre el proceso de formación de competencias profesionales generales en los estudiantes de la modalidad Semipresencial del Centro Universitario Municipal Guisa, Granma, Cuba. El programa contiene tres temas o unidades a trabajar; Unidad 1: Generalidades entorno a las competencias profesionales generales. Unidad 2: Las competencias profesionales generales desde el proceso docente educativo. Unidad 3: Las competencias profesionales generales en la práctica social. En cada tema se recoge el sistema de contenidos, las acciones para el desarrollo de habilidades, valores a potenciar, métodos y medios que se pueden emplear y el sistema de evaluación. El curso permite elevar el nivel de conocimientos de los profesores y estarán mejor preparados para desarrollar el proceso de formación de competencias profesionales generales en los estudiantes de la modalidad semipresencial a través del proceso docente educativo de la ciencia que imparte, con alto sentido de pertenencia.

Abstract
The work consists of a training program for the pedagogical group on the process of formation of general professional competences in the students of the Blended modality of the Municipal University Center Guisa, Granma, Cuba. The program contains three themes or units to work on; Unit 1: Overview of general professional skills. Unit 2: General professional competences from the educational teaching process. Unit 3: General professional skills in social practice. In each topic, the content system, the actions for the development of skills, values to be promoted, methods and means that can be used and the evaluation system are collected. The course allows teachers to increase their level of knowledge and they will be better prepared to develop the process of formation of general professional competences in students of the blended modality through the educational teaching process of the science they teach, with a high sense of belonging.
