LA MAESTRÍA PEDAGÓGICA Y EL DESARROLLO DE CAPACIDADES COMUNICACIONALES EN EL PROFESOR DE CIENCIAS MÉDICAS

RESUMEN

Introducción: las transformaciones que se vienen produciendo en la Educación Superior Cubana han traído como resultados el diseño de una nueva generación de planes de estudio. Para ello ha sido necesario proponer cambios en las regulaciones vigentes que aseguren los niveles de calidad deseados en el proceso de formación integral de los futuros profesionales del país. Objetivo: caracterizar las cualidades y capacidades que debe poseer un profesor, como parte de la maestría pedagógica a alcanzar en su práctica profesional en la Educación Médica Superior Cubana. Desarrollo: el profesor ha de poseer una adecuada preparación política, ideológica, pedagógica, metodológica, profesional y cultural para el cumplimiento de sus funciones. Debe estar motivado por la labor que realiza. La esencia de la comunicación es la interacción, la complicidad, el poder situarse en el lugar del otro. Los modelos activos de enseñanza y comunicativos, propician que el estudiante sea objeto y sujeto de su propio aprendizaje, que aprenda solo y que desarrolle las habilidades y modos de actuación que le permitan como futuro profesional la solución de los problemas que demanda la sociedad. Conclusiones: al profesor de estos tiempos,  no le es suficiente poseer una alta preparación científico-técnica, que se traduce en el dominio de los contenidos de la enseñanza, sino que requiere además dominar los elementos fundamentales de la teoría de la comunicación y desarrollar capacidades pedagógicas y psicológicas que le permitan aplicar un modelo comunicativo, donde la utilización del diálogo deviene como elemento esencial de la labor educativa, para lograr motivación por el aprendizaje activo de sus estudiantes. THE PEDAGOGIC MASTERY AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF CAPABILITIES COMMUNICATIONAL IN THE PROFESSOR OF MEDICAL SCIENCES

ASBTRACT

Introduction: the transformations that they come up with producing in Higher Education Cuban they have brought like results the design of a new generation of study programs. It has been necessary to propose changes in the regulations in use that they insure the levels of quality desired in the process of integral formation of the professional futures of the country for it. Objective: characterizing attributes and capabilities that a professor, as part of the pedagogic mastery to catch up with Cuban in his professional practice in the Medical Superior Education must possess. Development: the professor has to possess an adequate political, ideological, pedagogic preparation, methodological, professional and cultural for the fulfillment of his shows. You must be motivated by the work that realizes. The essence of communication is the interaction, the complicity, could have been placed in other one place. The active tuitional and telling models, they propitiate that the student be object and subject to his own learning, that you learn by yourself and that the solution of the problems that the society demands develop abilities and modes of acting that be enabled like professional future. Findings: to the professor of these times, it is not enough to possess one of his loud scientific technical preparations, that it results in the command of the contents of teaching, rather it requires besides to dominate the fundamental elements of the theory of communication and developing pedagogic and psychological capabilities that be  enabled to apply a telling model, where the utilization of the dialogue happens like essential element of the educational work to achieve motivation for his students' active learning.
