THE STRATEGIC DIRECTION IN TRAINING THE PRESCHOOL PROFESSIONAL IN GRANMA

RESUMEN
El artículo aborda elementos esenciales teóricos y prácticos de la dirección estrategia de los estudiantes en formación. Se plantea como propósito: reflexionar sobre la estrategia educativa para la formación integral del estudiante de primer año de esta especialidad en tres prioridades esenciales: curricular, extensionista y sociopolítica. Los resultados se sustentan en una metodología cualitativa y se estructuran en tres indicadores esenciales cognitiva, conductual y afectiva motivacional. La estrategia educativa se aplicó en el primer año de la carrera Licenciatura en Educación Preescolar de la Sede: Blas Roca Calderío de la Universidad de Granma.

SUMMARY
The article tackles essential theoretic elements and pilots of the address the students' strategy in the making. It comes into question like purpose: Reflecting on the educational strategy for the integral formation of the freshman of this specialty in three essential priorities: Curricular, extensionista and sociopolitical. They hold the results in a qualitative methodology and they structure themselves in three essential indicators cognitive, conductual and affective motivational. The educational strategy applied in the first year of the race Bachelor's Degree in Preschool Educación of the seat itself: Blas Roca Calderío of Granma University.
