RESUMEN
El maestro que trabaja en la Educación Primaria tiene la responsabilidad de preparar el capital humano que será el responsable de hacer avanzar la Revolución cubana a pesar de cualquier tipo de riesgo o amenaza, cumpliendo con los dos pilares fundamentales de la Seguridad nacional que son: el desarrollo sostenible y la defensa de la Revolución, La importancia de este trabajo radica en propiciar a los docentes algunas reflexiones sobre la educación ambiental dirigidas a transformar los conocimientos y actuaciones relacionadas con el medio ambiente.

SUMMARY
The teacher that works in the Primary Education has the responsibility of preparing the human capital that will be the responsible one of making advance the Cuban Revolution in spite of any type of risk or he threatens, fulfilling the two fundamental pillars of the national Security that are: the sustainable development and the defense of the Revolution, The importance of this work resides in propitiating to the educational ones some reflections on the environmental education directed to transform the knowledge and performances related with the environment.
