GESTIÓN SOCIAL. LAS REDES SOCIALES EN LAS RELACIONES FAMILIARES DE LA ZONA URBANA DEL MUNICIPIO DE VILLA ISABELA REPÚBLICA DOMINICANA

RESUMEN: El tema abordado en esta investigación se titula: Gestión Social. Las Redes Sociales en las relaciones familiares en la zona urbana del municipio de Villa Isabela, República Dominicana.   Los objetivos son: Analizar el impacto que ejercen las redes sociales en las relaciones familiares de la zona urbana del municipio de Villa Isabela, identificar el uso y la frecuencia de las redes sociales que utilizan las familias, precisar los tipos de usos que hacen las familias con las redes sociales, analizar las forma de influencia de las redes sociales en las familias, identificar el tipo de barrera que genera la comunicación de las redes sociales y dispositivos electrónicos en las relaciones sociales y Describir el nivel de conflicto que producen las redes sociales en las relaciones personales. La investigación es de tipo descriptiva, con un enfoque cuantitativo, puesto que se empleó un instrumento de recolección de información o cuestionario para conseguir las informaciones que posteriormente se analizaron.  Se trabajó con una muestra de 380 personas de universo de 9,746 y se utilizó la fórmula de Fisher y Navarro. Recordando que la población según Sampieri (2014, p.303) “es el conjunto de todos los casos que interesan en una investigación y que concuerdan con una serie de especificaciones, dentro del estudio. Como se aprecia, la población es la totalidad del fenómeno a estudiar”. La población objeto de estudio está localizada en el sector Villa Isabela, Puerto Plata en República Dominicana. El estudio concluye que las principales redes sociales utilizadas por los ciudadanos del referido sector son Facebook y Whatsapp. Los usuarios en su gran mayoría utilizan las redes sociales más de 5 veces al día, de acuerdo con el 85% de los habitantes encuestados. También se destaca que el principal dispositivo electrónico que se utiliza para la comunicación vía redes sociales es el teléfono móvil, así lo confirma el 81% de los encuestados. La principal barrera que provoca el uso de las redes sociales es la falta de comunicación entre los miembros de las familias isabelinas, establecido así de acuerdo con el 64% de la población. Luego de analizar toda la evidencia de esta investigación se determinó que el impacto que ejercen las redes sociales en las relaciones familiares es significativo y que este puede ser negativo cuando las relaciones familiares se ven afectados por barreras en la comunicación y generación de conflictos y malentendidos.

The study concludes that the main social networks used by citizens of the referred sector are Facebook and WhatsApp. The vast majority of users use social networks more than 5 times a day, according to 85% of the inhabitants surveyed. It also stands out that the main electronic device used for communication via social networks is the mobile phone, as confirmed by 81% of those surveyed. The main barrier that causes the use of social networks is the lack of communication between members of Elizabethan families, established in this way according to 64% of the population. After analyzing all the evidence from this research, it was determined that the impact of social networks on family relationships is significant and that it can be negative when family relationships are affected by barriers in communication and the generation of conflicts and misunderstandings.
