RESUMEN
El portal “Vive Barranquilla” es una propuesta turística donde los usuarios encontraran toda la información respecto de las diferentes fiestas y actividades que se realizan en la ciudad de Barranquilla  en las distintas épocas del año, al mismo tiempo de los sitios y lugares de interés que posee el departamento del Atlántico, permitiendo al usuario adquirir una información clara y detallada de los servicios que pueden encontrar en esta región del país.
Este proyecto se diseño con la finalidad de promocionar el departamento del Atlántico como destino turístico, incentivando el turismo en Barranquilla mediante el uso de herramientas tecnológicas como el internet, que le permita al usuario consultar rutas, playas, hospedajes, restaurantes, lo que permitirá disminuir el tiempo y esfuerzo que deben realizar cuando desean adquirir servicios turísticos, haciendo su búsqueda más fácil y accesible. El plus de este portal respecto a otro es que el usuario tendrá la posibilidad de crear su propio paquete, reduciendo el tiempo que debe invertir en contratar servicios independientes, tales como transporte, alojamiento y alimentación.

ABSTRACT
The portal web "Vive Barranquilla" is a tourist proposal where users will find all the information regarding the different parties and activities taking place in the city of Barranquilla in different times of the year, and the sites and places of interest that has the Atlantic department, allowing the user to acquire a clear and detailed information of the services that can be found in this region.
 
This project was designed with the aim of promoting the department of the Atlantic as a tourist destination, encouraging tourism in Barranquilla by using technological tools such as the Internet, that allows the user to consult paths, beaches, lodging, restaurants, which will reduce the time and effort that must be made when wanting to purchase tourism services, making your search easier and accessible. The plus of this website over another is that the user will have the ability to create your own package, reducing the time you must invest in hiring independent services such as transportation, accommodation and food.
