Resumo:
O turismo é uma atividade econômica que vem ganhando uma importância cada vez maior no contexto socioeconômico mundial. A constante articulação dos Arranjos Produtivos Locais ao setor do turismo e as inovações do ambiente institucional que impactam direta e/ ou indiretamente no desenvolvimento da atividade turística, que estruturam as relações políticas, econômicas e sociais entre as instituições e potencializam as dimensões que constroem o bem-estar da comunidade, sob as bases do desenvolvimento local. Nos APL`s turísticos, a inovação caracteriza-se como um elemento indispensável para a competitividade dinâmica e sustentável, onde as instituições absorvem e socializam informações importantes através do aprendizado interativo, estabelecendo estreitas relações de cooperação e participação ativa dos players no processo inovativo. Diante desse contexto, faz-se necessário realizar esse estudo, com o objetivo de discutir a organização e caracterização do ambiente institucional no desenvolvimento do APL turístico de Parintins/ AM. Para desenvolvermos a pesquisa, a metodologia adotada possui uma abordagem qualitativa e a pesquisa de campo. Os resultados das discussões e investigações sinalizam para o fomento de debates institucionais acerca da relação do turismo aos Arranjos Produtivos Locais, visando o planejamento, organização e desenvolvimento da atividade.

ABSTRACT

Tourism is an economic activity that is gaining increasing importance in the socioeconomic world. The constant articulation of Local Productive Arrangements in the tourism sector and the innovations of the institutional environment that impact directly and / or indirectly in the development of tourism, that structure political, economic and social relations between the institutions and enhance the dimensions that build good being of the community, on the basis of local development. In APL `s tourism, innovation is characterized as an indispensable element for dynamic competitiveness and sustainable, where institutions socialize and absorb important information through interactive learning, establishing close relations of cooperation and active participation of the players in the innovation process. In this context, it is necessary to conduct such a study in order to discuss the organization and characterization of the institutional environment in the development of APL tourist Parintins / AM. To develop the research, the methodology has a qualitative approach and field research. The results of the discussions and investigations point to the promotion of institutional debates about the relationship of tourism to the local productive arrangements, aimed at planning, organization and development activity.
