Resumo

A globalização mudou muitos mercados, encurtou distâncias e tempo para troca de informações, essa agilidade e alta acessibilidade alterou também as relações entre médicos e pacientes. Com uma breve pesquisa na internet os pacientes encontram informações sobre suas doenças, os principais médicos especialistas e os tratamentos mais modernos. Assim, estes pacientes mais criteriosos e informados exigem mais de seus médicos. Por outro lado, em um ambiente globalizado, pacientes com mais informações e facilidade na comunicação podem expandir seus horizontes e procurar seus tratamentos em outros países.Este artigo, por intermédio de uma análise reflexiva, visa trazer algumas questões importantes que permeiam as relações entre médicos, pacientes, gestão de negócios e turismo.

Abstract

Globalization has changed many markets, shortened distances and time for exchange of information, high speed and accessibility that has changed the relationship between doctors and patients. With a brief search on the Internet, patients find information about their disease, the leading medical specialists and the most modern treatments. Thus, these patients require more detailed and more informed of their doctors. Moreover, in a globalized environment, patients with more information and ease of communication can expand their horizons and seek their treatment at other Countries. This article, through a reflective analysis, aims to bring some important issues that permeate the relationship between Doctors , Patients, management of business and tourism.
