RESUMEN

La investigación está orientada a analizar lo informada que una sociedad se encuentra con respecto de la legislación en materia de derechos del turista en Ciudad Valles, así como sus implicaciones prácticas y la difusión que de estos se hace por los operadores turísticos y el gobierno, lo que aterriza en conocimiento o desconocimiento que de los mismos tiene el usuario. El análisis se realiza en la Huasteca Potosina, tomando como foco de estudio el municipio de Ciudad Valles debido a la relevancia histórica, económica y turística esa zona. Cabe señalar que ésta se encuentra considerada una de las ciudades más importante del estado de San Luis Potosí después de San Luis capital. Esta investigación soporta sus resultados en un estudio de caso, el cual se presenta en la parte medular del documento, para generar estadísticas y conocer la tendencia tanto de turistas que arriban a Ciudad Valles como prestadores de servicios turísticos en este mismo lugar en las vacaciones de Semana Santa y Semana de Pascua 2018. Como consecuencia de lo anterior, se deriva un análisis de la información que arrojaron las encuestas con basoe en los lineamientos legales y el Código Ético Mundial para el Turismo.

ABSTRACT
The research is aimed at analyzing the information that a society is aware of regarding the legislation on tourist rights in Ciudad Valles, as well as its practical implications and the dissemination of these by tour operators and the government, that lands in knowledge or ignorance that the user has of them. The analysis is made in the Huasteca Potosina, taking as a focus of study the municipality of Ciudad Valles due to the historical, economic and tourist relevance of that area. It should be noted that this is considered one of the most important cities in the state of San Luis Potosí after San Luis capital. This research supports its results in a case study, which is presented in the core of the document, to generate statistics and know the trend of both tourists arriving in Ciudad Valles and providers of tourism services in this same place in the holidays Holy Week and Easter Week 2018. As a consequence of the above, an analysis is derived from the information that threw the polls suported on the legal guidelines and the Global Code of Ethics for Tourism.
