El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo diseñar un modelo multidimensional para la educación medioambiental empresarial y el desempeño sostenible. Los pasos a seguir en el diseño son: definir sus presupuestos teóricos, argumentar el enfoque multidimensional y a partir de la identificación de las variables motrices del desempeño sostenible se propone un procedimiento para su medición y para diseñar un programa de educación medioambiental empresarial.

La investigación demostró que disponer de un modelo de educación medioambiental empresarial, desde un enfoque multidimensional permite que la empresa desde lo cognitivo avance en el plano educativo porque eleva el índice de educación medioambiental empresarial, y contribuye a la toma de decisiones en aras de mejorar su desempeño sostenible.

Abstract:

The present work has as objective to pattern a multidimensional model for the business environment education and sustainable performance. In the model we will follow the steps which come next: defining the theory implied; arguing the multidimensional approach, and beginning with the motive variable's identification of the sustainable performance it's proposed a method for its measurement and in order to pattern a business environment education program.

The investigation showed that dispose of a business environment education model, whit a multidimensional approach permit that the business since cognitive the advances in the order educative because it raises the business environment education's index, and contribute to taking decisions in order to increase in quality its sustainable performance.
