Resumen

En el presente artículo se desarrollará una metodología de estudio que permita aplicar la ética dentro del desarrollo laboral de la empresa pública Corporación Eléctrica del Ecuador (CELEC EP), Unidad de Negocio TRANSELECTRIC, Departamento de Diseño de Líneas de Transmisión, con el fin de verificar el comportamiento previo y posterior del trabajador al aplicarse la ética. Considerando que la falta de ética, es el motivo de la existencia de malas conductas dentro de una empresa, organización, o de un proyecto que tenga ligados varios trabajadores, afectando así la parte económica. De esta manera se pretende implementar un código de ética que facilite la toma de decisiones en todos los niveles de los proyectos de expansión en sistemas de transmisión de energía eléctrica. Principalmente enfocando la ética al trabajador perteneciente al Departamento de Diseño de Líneas de Transmisión, con el fin de estudiar el comportamiento de los trabajadores antes mencionados, en la parte de la moral, de esta manera podremos identificar faltas de ética, y a su vez implementarla de ser necesario el caso que estemos analizando. Los casos a estudiar serán temáticas moralistas y éticas, con el fin de identificar la diferencia entre la ética laboral y la deontología, ya que a pesar de ser muy parecidas tienen sus respectivas diferencias lo que conlleva a realizar análisis independientes de los temas de estudio mencionados anteriormente. De esta manera se pretende verificar e implementar la ética al mundo laboral de los sistemas de transmisión, desde la perspectiva de diseño. El objetivo de este presente artículo es demostrar que, si implementamos la ética al mundo laboral, el rendimiento de la empresa se incrementará desde el aspecto que el trabajador cumplirá con todos los aspectos éticos aplicados al trabajo, de esta manera al cumplir con todo el tema ético el trabajador normal se convertirá en un trabajador ejemplar, si a esto les sumamos a todos los trabajadores, tendremos trabajadores ejemplares.

Abstract

This article will develop a study methodology that allows applying ethics within the labor development of the public corporation Corporación Eléctrica del Ecuador (CELEC EP), TRANSELECTRIC Business Unit, Department of Transmission Line Design, in order to verify the previous and subsequent behavior of the worker when applying ethics. Considering that the lack of ethics, is the reason for the existence of misconduct within a company, organization, or a project that has several workers linked, thus affecting the economic part. In this way, it is intended to implement a code of ethics that facilitates decision-making at all levels of expansion projects in electric power transmission systems. Mainly focusing on the ethics of the worker belonging to the Department of Transmission Line Design, in order to study the behavior of the aforementioned workers, in the moral part, in this way we can identify ethical failures, and in turn implement it in the case we are analyzing will be necessary. The cases to be studied will be moralistic and ethical issues, in order to identify the difference between work ethics and deontology, since despite being very similar they have their respective differences which leads to independent analyzes of the mentioned study topics previously. In this way, the aim is to verify and implement the ethics of the transmission systems from the design perspective. The objective of this article is to demonstrate that, if we implement ethics to the world of work, the performance of the company will increase from the aspect that the worker will comply with all the ethical aspects applied to the work, in this way by complying with the whole topic ethical the normal worker will become an exemplary worker, if we add to this all workers, we will have exemplary workers..
