Resumen.
El tema de este artículo se refiere al proceso de largo plazo configurado durante 2007/2019 con respecto a la competitividad imperfecta de las naciones cuya toma de decisiones se realizó dentro de la incertidumbre agudizada dramáticamente por el coronavirus diseminado en 2020. Los principales objetivos de este análisis son desagregar la investigación  con respecto a: (1) la amenaza proteccionista; (2) los comportamientos propios de la incertidumbre 2007/2019; (3) explicar la evolución del ambiente competitivo; (4) redactar una breve narrativa del rentismo; (5) aclarar el significado de la desaparición de la Organización Mundial del Comercio; y (6) argüir sobre el carácter oportunista de la Teoría Monetaria Moderna. La importancia de la investigación es manifiesta ante la veloz profundización de la incertidumbre a causa del coronavirus. Dado que necesariamente las naciones deberán recuperarse de esta calamidad mediante economías administradas, el proceso de la competitividad imperfecta en el largo plazo iniciado en 2007 será el mejor antídoto de la ineficiencia y la ineficacia sistémicas que puede convocar la urgencia humanitaria, particularmente con respecto al florecimiento del rentismo formal o informal. Utilizamos la metodología institucionalista por ser la más idónea para diagnosticar la actualidad y normativizar al futuro cercano. Sintéticamente y como la conclusión más relevante, el resultado de esta investigación delinea la esperanza en un ser humano que encarna a su identidad histórica mostrando lo que es a través de lo que hace tanto con su creatividad como con su trabajo, y en cuanto es capaz de desarrollar sus potencialidades.

ABSTRACT.
The topic of this article refers to the long-term process configured during 2007/2019 regarding the imperfect competitiveness of nations whose decision-making was carried out within the uncertainty dramatically exacerbated by the coronavirus spread in 2020. The main objectives of this The analyzes are to disaggregate the investigation regarding: (1) the protectionist threat; (2) the behaviors typical of uncertainty 2007/2019; (3) explain the evolution of the competitive environment; (4) write a short narrative of rentierism; (5) clarify the meaning of the disappearance of the World Trade Organization; and (6) argue about the opportunistic nature of Modern Monetary Theory. The importance of the investigation is evident in view of the rapidly deepening uncertainty caused by the coronavirus. Given that nations will necessarily have to recover from this calamity through managed economies, the process of imperfect competitiveness in the long term started in 2007 will be the best antidote to the systemic inefficiency and ineffectiveness that can summon the humanitarian emergency, particularly with regard to flourishing of formal or informal rentism. We use the institutionalist methodology as it is the most suitable for diagnosing current events and standardizing the near future. Synthetically and as the most relevant conclusion, the result of this research outlines the hope in a human being who embodies his historical identity by showing what he is through what he does both with his creativity and with his work, and as far as he is capable to develop their potential.
