Resumen
Los conflictos constituyen un tema muy complejo y controvertido, que están indisolublemente asociados a las relaciones sociales, formando parte de la cultura de humana. Las investigaciones sobre los conflictos son una práctica poco sistematizada en la sociedad cubana. El trabajo tiene como objetivos ofrecer algunas consideraciones teóricas sobre el conflicto social, esclareciendo conceptos básicos para su tratamiento, describir la dinámica del conflicto, a partir del análisis de sus componentes, causas y el modo en que evoluciona, así como proponer alternativas para su tratamiento desde una óptica positiva. Se sustenta en el uso de métodos teóricos del análisis la síntesis y el enfoque sistémico. Presenta una distinción de los conceptos básicos problema, conflicto y violencia, además de analizar la estructura del conflicto y la relación persona, problema, proceso, lo que facilita una mejor comprensión del modo en que evoluciona y de la dinámica del conflicto, auxiliándose de ejemplos de la realidad cotidiana. Precisa el empleo de los términos prevención, gestión, manejo, así como el papel positivo o negativo del conflicto según se visualice. Se proponen alternativas para el tratamiento de los conflictos desde una óptica positiva.

Conflict and cooperation: two appearances of herself metal money

Abstract
Conflicts constitute a very complex and controversial issue, which are inextricably associated with social relations, forming part of the human culture. Investigations on conflicts are a little systematized practice in Cuban society. The objective of the work is to offer some theoretical considerations about social conflict, clarifying basic concepts for its treatment, describing the dynamics of the conflict, based on the analysis of its components, causes and the way in which it evolves, as well as proposing alternatives for its treatment from a positive perspective. It is bases on the use of theoretical methods of analysis, synthesis and systemic approach. It presents a distinction of the basic concepts of problem, conflict and violence, in addition to analyzing the structure of the conflict and the person, problem, process relationship, which facilitates a better understanding of how it evolves and the dynamics of the conflict, using examples of everyday reality. It requires the use of the terms prevention, management, as well as the positive or negative role of the conflict as visualized. Alternatives are propos for the treatment of conflicts from a positive perspective.
