En el nuevo milenio el crecimiento económico a escala mundial, ha generado cambios en los mercados financieros; así como la competencia internacional, han influido directamente en las nuevas prácticas de gestión y en las formas de organización empresarial. Por otra parte la expansión de las economías de mercado es una realidad del nuevo milenio, donde se han desarrollado grandes empresarios que han abarcado un amplio sector a escala internacional.
Nuestra investigación tiene  como objetivo general: Valorar si la implementación del trabajo decente en el  ordenamiento jurídico del Ecuador se atempera a las condiciones socioeconómicas existentes, a partir de un análisis teórico-legislativo, siendo nuestros objetivos específicos: Caracterizar el trabajo decente  a partir de las distintas definiciones que entorno a él se han esgrimido en la doctrina, Analizar el impacto de las políticas neoliberales en el Ecuador y su incidencia en el Trabajo Decente y Fundamentar si el ordenamiento jurídico del Ecuador institucionaliza al trabajo decente, a partir de un análisis exegético de dichas normas.
La investigación está estructurada en dos Capítulos, el primero titulado: “El Trabajo Decente un anhelo de la humanidad. Consideraciones Generales”, a partir del cual se realiza una caracterización teórico-doctrinal y legislativo del trabajo decente. En cuanto al segundo capítulo “El Ordenamiento Jurídico Ecuatoriano y su posición frente al Trabajo  Decente” se hace una valoración del cumplimiento de la legislación ecuatoriana con lo regulado por la OIT  para con el trabajo decente. Para la realización de esta investigación utilizamos  métodos de la investigación social como métodos de la investigación jurídica, entre los que podemos citar: inducción-deducción, análisis histórico, exegético y la técnica de la observación como método empírico.
SUMMARY

In the new millennium the economic growth to world scale, it has generated changes in the financial markets; as well as the international competition, they have influenced directly in the new administration practices and in the forms of managerial organization. On the other hand the expansion of the market economies is a reality of the new millennium, where big managers have been developed that have embraced a wide sector to international scale.  
Our investigation has as general objective: To value if the implementation of the decent work in the juridical classification of the Ecuador is moderated to the existent socioeconomic conditions, starting from an analysis theoretical-legislative, being our specific objectives: To characterize the decent work starting from the different definitions that I half-close him you has fenced in the doctrine, to Analyze the impact of the neoliberal politicians in the Ecuador and their incidence in the Decent Work and to Base if the juridical classification of the Ecuador institutionalizes to the decent work, starting from an analysis exegetic of this norms. 
The investigation is structured in two Chapters, the first one titled: "The Decent Work the humanity's yearning. General considerations", starting from which is carried out a theoretical-doctrinal characterization and legislative of the decent work. As for the second chapter "The Ecuadorian Juridical Classification and their position in front of the Decent Work" a valuation of the execution of the Ecuadorian legislation is made with that regulated by the ILO towards the decent work. For the realization of this investigation we use methods of the social investigation as methods of the artificial investigation, among those that we can mention: induction-deduction, historical analysis, exegetic and the technique of the observation like empiric method.
