DIAGNÓSTICO DEL CUMPLIMIENTO DE LAS ESTRATEGIAS PARA ALCANZAR LA VISIÓN 2014-2023 EN LA FEPZH-UASLP

RESUMEN

La Constitución Política de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos (CPEUM) en su artículo 3º. señala que “toda persona tiene derecho a la educación. El Estado -Federación, Estados, Ciudad de México y Municipios- impartirá y garantizará la educación inicial, preescolar, primaria, secundaria, media superior y superior”. En este sentido la Educación en México es un derecho garantizado a nivel constitucional y para que este derecho se concrete 245 deberán estar involucrados los tres órdenes de Gobierno, tanto Federal, Estatal como Municipal, así como las Autoridades de las distintas Universidades del País. A este respecto la Universidad Autónoma de San Luis Potosí toma un papel preponderante en la vida social y economía del Estado y del país al formar egresados con altos estándares de calidad académica, los cuales se encuentran avalados por las evaluaciones externas que hacen organismos tales como el Consejo para la Evaluación de la Educación Superior (COPAES) y los Comités Interinstitucionales para la Evaluación de la Educación Superior (CIEES). Derivado de ello e implementando un proceso de mejora continua la Facultad de Estudios Profesionales Zona Huasteca de la UASLP implementó en el año 2014 su Plan de Desarrollo con el fin de alcanzar la visión 2023, en este sentido el objetivo del presente documento es identificar la percepción que tiene el personal administrativo y académico de base con respecto a los alcances del cumplimiento de los distintos elementos que integran la visión 2023 de la Facultad.

ABSTRACT

The Political Constitution of the United Mexican States (CPEUM) in its 3rd article. points out that “everyone has the right to education. The State -Federation, States, Mexico City and Municipalities- will impart and guarantee initial, preschool, primary, secondary, upper secondary and higher education”. In this sense, Education in Mexico is a right guaranteed at the constitutional level and for this right to be realized, the three levels of Government must be involved, both Federal, State and Municipal, as well as the Authorities of the different Universities of the Country. In this regard, the Autonomous University of San Luis Potosí takes a leading role in the social life and economy of the State and the country by training graduates with high academic quality standards, which are endorsed by external evaluations made by 246 organizations such as the Council for the Evaluation of Higher Education (COPAES) and the Interinstitutional Committees for the Evaluation of Higher Education (CIEES). Derived from this and implementing a process of continuous improvement, the Faculty of Professional Studies of the Huasteca Zone of the UASLP implemented its Development Plan in 2014 in order to achieve the 2023 vision, in this sense the objective of this document is to identify the perception that has the administrative and academic base staff with respect to the scope of compliance with the different elements that make up the 2023 vision of the Faculty.
