PROCESO ADMINISTRATIVO EN EL SISTEMA MUNICIPAL PARA EL DESARROLLO INTEGRAL DE LA FAMILIA DE CIUDAD VALLES, S.L.P.

RESUMEN

En este documento se plantea un análisis sobre la implementación del Proceso Administrativo (P. A.) en el Sistema Municipal del Desarrollo Integral de la Familia (SMDIF) del Municipio de Ciudad Valles, S.L.P. en el oriente del territorio de San Luis Potosí, en la República Mexicana. Para ello se tomó en consideración la opinión de los Directivos contrastándola con la percepción de los Empleados de esa entidad, con el propósito de mostrar tanto los puntos de coincidencia, así como los puntos de desacuerdo 2 alrededor de la implementación de dicho proceso, lo anterior ayudará a identificar diferencias y aplicar las acciones pertinentes para mejorar los procesos y que éstos se lleven de manera más eficiente en la institución.

ABSTRACT

This document presents a study on the implementation of the Administrative Process (P.A.) in the Municipal System for the Integral Development of the Family (SMDIF) of the Municipality of Ciudad Valles, S.L.P. in the east of the territory of San Luis Potosí, in the Mexican Republic. For this, the opinion of the Directors was taken into consideration, contrasting it with the perception of the Employees of that entity, in order to show both the points of agreement, as well as the points of disagreement around the implementation of said process, the above will help to identify differences and apply the pertinent actions to improve the processes so that they are carried out more efficiently in the institution.
