RESUMEN
Esta investigación se enfoca al caso del Ejido Ojo de Agua, comunidad que forma parte de la zona indígena hablante de lengua Tenek, se describe el proceso de organización de las instituciones públicas locales que se encargan del desarrollo de los pueblos indígenas. El objetivo de la investigación es analizar, conocer, identificar y describir el impacto que han tenido los diversos proyectos productivos implementados por el gobierno local. Busca analizar el impacto de los proyectos productivos para identificar los factores que han afectado a la implementación de esta política pública asimismo para generar datos, información sobre los proyectos productivos, además la importancia que debe existir para la Administración Pública Municipal que es el nivel de gobierno que tiene un contacto más cercano con la ciudadanía. Para poder llevar a cabo este trabajo se implementó una metodología de investigación de tipo mixta para poder recabar toda la información, datos, estadísticas, se realizaron entrevistas a las autoridades ejidales y encuestas a los beneficiarios de los proyectos.

ABSTRACT
This research focuses on the case of the Ejido Ojo de Agua, a community that is part of the indigenous area who speaks of tenek language, describes the process of organizing the local public institutions that are responsible for the development of indigenous peoples. The objective of the research is to analyze, know, identify and describe the impact that the various productive projects implemented by the local government. It seeks to analyze the impact of productive projects to identify the factors that have affected the implementation of this public policy also to generate data, information on productive projects, in addition to the importance that must exist for the Municipal Public Administration that is the level of government that has a closer contact with the public. In order to carry out this work, a mixed-type research methodology was implemented to collect all the information, data, statistics, interviews were conducted with the ejidal authorities and surveys of project beneficiaries.
