ABSTRACT
ANALYSIS OF THE FEDERAL BUDGET PROCESS IN MEXICO
The purpose of this document is to analyze the different characteristics, type and components that carry to the creation of the federal budget for its subsequent study and understanding. Good management of public resources directs the economy of a country to a development path that is essential for social well-being, due to it determines the behavior of the economy in its period of acting. The public budget governs the way in which federal revenues should be collected and distributed, taking into account the basic needs of the population in benefic economic, social and political growth. Budgetary collection is stipulated in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Income Law, in which the means by which said income will be obtained are dictated. In join to this, the Expenditure Budget of the Federation is in charge of the correct distribution and management of public income and expenditures, to achieve a growth in the population's standard of living and therefore reduce the traits of poverty existing in the country.
