RESUMEN
En el transcurso de los años, Cuba ha sido partícipe activo en la utilización de diferentes sistemas automatizados para llevar a cabo los procesos contables en las entidades. A pesar de su utilización se han detectado dificultades en el manejo de la aplicación contable VERSAT-Sarasola, en las entidades y sus usuarios.
La presente investigación realiza la propuesta y aplicación de actividades que atienden las necesidades cognitivas y técnicas en la operatividad del subsistema Activo Fijo Tangible (AFT) en el Versat-Sarasola dirigida a los usuarios de las entidades presupuestadas del municipio Fomento.
Como resultado se aplicaron las actividades constatando resultados positivos puesto que en un inicio se contaba con 3 usuarios con dominio del sistema evaluado de B para una muestra de 21 usuarios y posteriormente de aplicada las actividades resultaron 9 usuarios evaluados de B marcando mejora en la operatividad con el sistema automatizado contable.
ABSTRACT
ACTIVITIES TO PROMOTE THE LEARNING OF THE TANGIBLE FIXED ACTIVE SUBSYSTEM IN THE VERSAT-SARASOLA
Over the years, Cuba has been an active participant in the use of different automated systems to carry out the accounting processes in the entities. Despite its use, difficulties have been detected in the management of the VERSAT-Sarasola accounting application, in entities and their users.
The present research carries out the proposal and application of activities that address the cognitive and technical needs in the operation of the subsystem Tangible Fixed Asset (AFT) in the Versat-Sarasola addressed to the users of the budgeted entities of the Municipality of Fomento town.
As a result, the activities were applied, confirming positive results, since at the beginning there were 3 users with domain of the evaluated system of B for a sample of 21 users and after applying the activities, 9 users were evaluated of B, marking improvement in the operation with the automated accounting system.
