RESUMEN
Esta publicación constituye una investigación educativa guiada a identificar la pertinencia del actual Plan de Estudios de la licenciatura en Derecho ofertada en la Facultad de Estudios Profesionales Zona Huasteca de la Universidad Autónoma de San Luis Potosí, con base al contenido temático que componen el currículum y los resultados de evaluación del Examen General para el Egreso de la licenciatura en Derecho EGEL-DERE de CENEVAL, aplicado a los estudiantes en su último semestre de carrera, aplicado en el periodo de abril 2018 a marzo 2023. El aspecto cualitativo del estudio consideró la experiencia de aquellos sustentantes que mediante encuesta semi estructurada, de manera voluntaria aportaron información de su trayecto como estudiantes y su testimonio en examen EGEL. De los resultados generados y considerando el contenido de evaluación por CENEVAL, se propone como estrategia de mejora en indicadores de calidad del Programa Educativo, fortalecer el desarrollo de actividades prácticas profesionales que incidan en las competencias de Litigio, Justicia Alternativa y Función Pública, alentando un aprendizaje basado en casos o simulación de audiencias, entre otros.

ABSTRACT
This publication integrates a guided didactic research to identify the pertinence of the current Study Plan for Law degree offered by the "Facultad de Estudios Profesionales Zona Huasteca de la Universidad Autónoma de San Luis Potosí “ (Professional Studies Faculty Huasteca Zone of the San Luis Potosi, Autonomus University ),based in the topical content assembled bye the curriculum and evaluation studies of the CENEVAL EGEL-DERE Law Degree Graduate General Exam, given to the students in their last semester, presented on the April 2018-March 2023 period. The qualitative perspective of this study considered the experience of those presenters who through a semi-structured survey, voluntarily provided information from their project as students and their experience in the EGEL test. Out of the results obtained and considering the content of the evaluation by CENEVAL, is proposed as improvement strategy in the Educative Program quality indicators, to reinforce the development of professional practical activities aligned with the competences of Litigation, Alternative Justice, and Public Service, encouraging a learning based in cases or audience simulations among others.
