RESUMEN

El presente artículo es una reseña del programa académico de la Licenciatura en Gestión y Políticas Públicas que se imparte desde hace quince años en la Facultad de Estudios Superiores Zona Huasteca de la Universidad Autónoma de San Luis Potosí. En este documento se relata el nacimiento de la carrera, se describen brevemente los procesos de certificación, evaluación y acreditación del programa educativo, los cambios organizacionales que ha tenido a lo largo de una década y media de ofrecer una opción profesional para egresados de nivel medio superior de todos los municipios de la Huasteca Potosina y se exponen los logros conseguidos a partir de la titulación de egresadas y egresados.

ABSTRACT

This article is a review of the academic program of the Bachelor's Degree in Management and Public Policies that has been taught for fifteen years at the Faculty of Higher Studies Huasteca Zone of the Autonomous University of San Luis Potosí. This document recounts the birth of the career, briefly describes the processes of certification, evaluation and accreditation of the educational program, the organizational changes it has had over a decade and a half of offering a professional option for graduates of upper secondary level of all the municipalities of the Huasteca Potosina and exposes the achievements achieved from the degree of graduates.
