RESUMEN
El presente artículo aborda de forma breve los cambios educativos que han experimentado los países de Corea del Sur y México a partir de la implementación de reformas a la educación en el nivel básico en el marco de una serie de decisiones de política educativa. Se describe a grandes rasgos el proceso de ingreso a la educación básica en ambos países y de forma paralela se presenta un resumen acerca de cómo se desarrolla el proceso de ingreso de docentes en el país asiático y como se realiza el mismo proceso en México. Finalmente se presentan conclusiones respecto a la temática expuesta.

ABSTRACT
This article briefly addresses the educational changes that the countries of South Korea and Mexico have experienced since the implementation of reforms to education at the basic level within the framework of a series of educational policy decisions. It describes in broad strokes the process of entry to basic education in both countries and in parallel presents a summary about how the process of admission of teachers in the Asian country develops and how the same process is carried out in Mexico. Finally, conclusions are presented regarding the subject exposed.
