RESÚMEN
El reto que enfrenta la sociedad actual es impulsar la educación superior, para lograr las transformaciones en el desarrollo del país; debido a lo anterior es que se le brinda especial atención a la capacitación docente en este nivel, por tanto, es que se realizó un análisis de los resultados obtenidos en la implementación del programa de formación continua para los profesores, la cual brinda un mejoramiento en el desarrollo de competencias docentes necesarias para eficientizar su función. La metodología utilizada se basó en el análisis documental de la investigación de campo realizada en el Instituto Tecnológico de Ciudad Valles (ITCV) durante los años 2017 y 2018; mismos que incluyen la implementación de una malla curricular propuesta para facilitar la implementación de la formación continua para los docentes, así como el “Plan curricular de formación docente”. Los resultados obtenidos en este análisis fue la identificación de la importancia y validación de la implementación de estrategias, como fue la malla curricular, para la implementación de los programas capacitación, para dar un orden y no caer en desatenciones u omisiones para el desarrollo de la formación ideal del docente del TecNM Campus Ciudad Valles; en conclusión el presente estudio permitió evaluar el comportamiento y desarrollo de cada departamento docente; mismo se recomienda se siga implementando y analizando para dar continuidad a la mejor aplicación del Plan curricular de Formación Docente de este tecnológico.

ABSTRACT
The challenge facing today's society is to promote higher education, to achieve transformations in the development of the country; Due to the above, special attention is given to teacher training at this level, therefore, an analysis was carried out of the results obtained in the implementation of the continuous training program for teachers, which provides an improvement in the development of teaching competencies necessary to make their function more efficient. The methodology used was based on the documentary analysis of the field research carried out at the Technological Institute of Ciudad Valles (ITCV) during the years 2017 and 2018; These include the implementation of a proposed curriculum to facilitate the implementation of continuous training for teachers, as well as the "Teacher training curriculum". The results obtained in this analysis was the identification of the importance and validation of the implementation of strategies, such as the curricular mesh, for the implementation of training programs, to give order and not fall into neglects or omissions for the development of the ideal training of the ITCV teacher; In conclusion, this study will evaluate the behavior and development of each teaching department; It is recommended that it continue to be implemented and analyzed to give continuity to the best application of the Teacher Training Curriculum Plan of this technology.
