ALTERNATIVAS PARA FORTALECER LA VINCULACIÓN ESCUELA-EMPRESA EN LAS INGENIERÍAS DEL TECNM

RESUMEN

Desde hace varias décadas hemos venido asumiendo la premisa de que el mundo está cambiando, de que nos enfrentaremos a nuevos y distintos escenarios, que necesitamos estar preparados para asumir las grandes transformaciones, pero la realidad es que los cambios ya están aquí y no nos dieron oportunidad de sensibilizarnos, los hemos asumido con grandes limitaciones que nos han obligado a sobrevivir en un ambiente cada vez más turbulento e  inestable, y la educación superior no ha sido la excepción. A partir del surgimiento de la cuarta revolución tecnológica se le han conferido nuevas responsabilidades a la academia, que tienen que ver con el progreso y el desarrollo de las sociedades del conocimiento.  Esta circunstancia nos impulsa a reflexionar acerca de la forma en cómo estamos dimensionando la enseñanza, y de que alternativas estamos echando mano para contribuir a reducir los impactos de rezago y atraso tecnológico y productivo de las organizaciones que están directamente relacionados con la calidad de vida y el bienestar social. En ese sentido se busca contribuir mediante la aportación de innovaciones didácticas que favorezcan la vinculación de los conocimientos de los futuros profesionistas de la ingeniería.

ABSTRACT

For several decades we have been assuming the premise that the world is changing, that we will face new and different scenarios, that we need to be prepared to assume the great transformations, but the reality is that the changes are already here and they did not give us opportunity to sensitize ourselves, we have assumed them with great limitations that have forced us to survive in an increasingly turbulent and unstable environment, and higher education has not been the exception. Since the emergence of the fourth technological revolution, new responsibilities have been given to academia, which have to do with the progress and development of knowledge societies. This circumstance prompts us to reflect on the way in which we are sizing education, what alternatives we are using to help reduce the impacts of technological and productive lag and backwardness of organizations that are directly related to quality of life and employment. social welfare. In this sense, it seeks to contribute through the contribution of didactic innovations that favor the Linking of the knowledge of future engineering professionals.
