RESUMEN
De acuerdo al Manual de Lineamientos Académico-Administrativos del Tecnológico Nacional de México (TecNM), la tutoría representa un proceso de acompañamiento grupal o individual que un tutor le brinda al estudiante durante su estancia en el Instituto Tecnológico; cuyo propósito radica en orientar y apoyar la formación integral de los mismos, incidir en las metas institucionales relacionadas con la calidad educativa; elevar los índices de eficiencia terminal, así como disminuir los índices de reprobación y deserción. La acción tutorial contempla tres ejes fundamentales: desarrollo académico; desarrollo personal y desarrollo profesional; además de considerar tres fases de acompañamiento: ingreso, formación y egreso. Es importante destacar que en la mayoría de las Instituciones de Educación Superior (IES), se da mayor énfasis a la tutoría inicial, es decir, la de Ingreso; dejando en un segundo plano la tutoría de formación y de egreso; sin embargo; las tres son igual de importantes y necesarias, ya que éstas se asocian con la formación integral y el futuro desempeño laboral y profesional que el egresado tendrá. Por lo anterior, la presente propuesta tiene como objetivo presentar un plan de acción tutorial en la fase de egreso, en el cual se promueva la reflexión de intereses, valores y aptitudes personales de los estudiantes próximos a egresar, para identificar y elegir las distintas opciones educativas de posgrado y mercado laboral que ofrece el entorno; así como apoyar al estudiante en el proceso de titulación y egreso.

ABSTRACT
According to the Manual of Academic-Administrative Guidelines of the National Technological Institute of Mexico (TecNM), tutoring represents a process of group or individual accompaniment that a tutor provides the student during their stay at the Technological Institute; The purpose of which is to guide and support their comprehensive training, to influence institutional goals related to educational quality; raise the terminal efficiency rates, as well as decrease the failure and dropout rates. The tutorial action includes three fundamental axes: academic development; personal development and professional development; in addition to considering three phases of accompaniment: entry, training and graduation.
It is important to note that in most Higher Education Institutions (IES), greater emphasis is placed on initial tutoring, that is, that of Income; leaving training and graduation tutoring in the background; However; all three are just as important and necessary, since they are associated with comprehensive training and future job and professional performance that the graduate will have.
Therefore, the present proposal aims to present A TUTORIAL ACTION PLAN IN THE GRADUATION PHASE, in which the reflection of interests, values and personal aptitudes of the students close to graduating is promoted, to identify and choose the different options postgraduate education and labor market offered by the environment; as well as supporting the student in the graduation and graduation process.
