RESUMEN
En el presente trabajo se presentan los resultados de una investigación documental basada en una revisión bibliográfica sobre investigaciones acerca del acceso a la tecnología para jóvenes en zona rural. El objetivo que se determinó fue indagar sobre estos aspectos para identificar áreas de investigación e intervención que podrán explorarse en un futuro. El estudio tiene un alcance descriptivo y un enfoque cualitativo, lo cual se justifica al tener la finalidad de describir el fenómeno de estudio con la intención de comprenderlo y aplicar el conocimiento obtenido en la investigación. Para este estudio se determinaron las siguientes categorías de análisis: cómo es el acceso a las TIC en la zona rural, acceso a la tecnología en los jóvenes, importancia de estudiar la desigualdad en términos de la brecha digital, y áreas en que impacta las tecnologías en las personas. Basado en los resultados del análisis se concluye la necesidad de identificar áreas de investigación e intervención que podrían explorarse en un futuro.

ABSTRACT
This paper presents the results of a documentary research based on a bibliographic review on research on access to technology for young people in rural areas. The objective that was determined was to inquire about these aspects to identify areas of research and intervention that may be explored in the future. The study has a descriptive scope and a qualitative approach, which is justified by having the purpose of describing the phenomenon of study with the intention of understanding it and applying the knowledge obtained in the research. For this study, the following categories of analysis were determined: how is access to ICT in rural areas, access to technology in young people, Importance of studying inequality in terms of the digital divide, and areas in which technologies impact people. Based on the results of the analysis, the need to identify areas of research and intervention that could be explored in the future is concluded.
