RESUMEN

En la actualidad, el uso de aplicaciones móviles se ha vuelto muy común. Con esta realidad, el desarrollo de aplicaciones es una necesidad básica de reacción ante emergencias. En este sentido, y con el objetivo de crear una aplicación móvil capaz de brindar respuesta a situaciones de necesidad o de urgencia médica las 24 horas del día, todos los días del año, se creó “Doctor Found”. Además, esta aplicación cuenta con el uso de tecnología de inteligencia artificial, que permite a los usuarios consultar sus necesidades en el momento y mostrarles las opciones disponibles. Con ello, el usuario puede determinar la opción médica o solución más adecuada para él, ahorrando tiempo en situaciones de riesgo. La creación de la aplicación móvil se realizó mediante la implementación de una estrategia basada en metodología ágil, misma que permitió el desarrollo gradual y progresivo, brindando una mayor flexibilidad y adaptación del proyecto. Como una alternativa a la propuesta, hoy en día, existen otras aplicaciones de atención médica disponibles, pero, sólo funcionan en dispositivos móviles específicos, son de membresías elevadas, tienen una baja calificación en cuanto a su funcionalidad o son de origen extranjero. Con “Doctor Found”, se logra proporcionar un espacio seguro que permita al usuario, buscar, localizar y agilizar la ubicación de consultas médicas o situaciones de urgencia. Por lo anterior, es una necesidad contar con app inteligentes para atender emergencias médicas en la región huasteca. Esta iniciativa busca fomentar el turismo y ofrecer una herramienta confiable y segura para residentes y visitantes. El proyecto avanzó en etapas, comenzando como una idea generada por la necesidad de dar respuesta a una urgencia médica, revisando los casos similares que se presentaban en el entorno y conociendo la necesidad de información precisa cuando ocurren emergencias médicas. Finalmente se conformó la presentación de la propuesta en el evento de innovación como alternativa para casos urgentes en la región, misma que obtuvo el primer lugar en su categoría.

Abstract

According to data updated to 2021, more than 78% of the Mexican population over the age of six owns a cell phone or smartphone. Nowadays, the use of mobile applications has become very common. With this reality, the development of applications is a basic need to react to emergencies. In this sense, and with the objective of creating a mobile application capable of providing a response to situations of medical need or urgency 24 hours a day, every day of the year, "Doctor Found" was created. In addition, this application has the use of artificial intelligence technology, which allows users to consult their needs at the moment and show them the available options. With this, the user can determine the most appropriate medical option or solution for him, saving time in risky situations. The creation of the mobile application was carried out through the implementation of a strategy based on agile methodology, which allowed a gradual and progressive development, providing greater flexibility and adaptation of the project. As an alternative to the proposal, today, there are other medical care applications available, but they only work on specific mobile devices, have high membership fees, have a low rating in terms of functionality or are of foreign origin. With "Doctor Found", the result is to provide a safe space that allows the user to search, locate and expedite the location of medical consultations or emergency situations. Therefore, it is a necessity to have an intelligent app to attend medical emergencies in the Huasteca region. This initiative seeks to promote tourism and offer a reliable and safe tool for residents and visitors. The project progressed in stages, starting as an idea generated by the need to respond to a medical emergency, reviewing similar cases that occurred in the environment and knowing the need for accurate information when medical emergencies occur. Finally, the presentation of the proposal was formed at the innovation event as an alternative for urgent cases in the region, which obtained the first place in its category.
