RESUMEN

Las TICs tienen un gran impacto en las empresas para mejorar su productividad. En este sentido, la Cervecería Bucanero S.A., ubicada en la provincia de Holguín, Cuba, tiene entre sus propósitos informatizar el trabajo que realiza el Departamento Jurídico en la contratación económica, en aras de fortalecer la producción y venta de su cartera de productos. Actualmente en la gestión de los contratos se evidencian grandes dificultades, para las cuales se propone como solución la creación de una herramienta informática que gestiona y controla la información que se genera en dicho proceso. La presente investigación describe este software, para el que se utilizó como framework de desarrollo web Angular.js, NodeJs y su framework Express; como gestor de bases de datos PostgreSQL, y para guiar su desarrollo la metodología Iconix. La aplicación web realizada facilita el trabajo de las operaciones con los diferentes proveedores y clientes. También favorece la gestión de los contratos pues permite conocer en qué estado se encuentran (vencidos o vigentes), alertando cuando la vida de estos está próxima a vencerse, de manera que se puedan realizar las acciones correspondientes para no incurrir en actos ilegales. Por otra parte, favorece la toma de decisiones de la dirección de la empresa, al permitir a los directores el acceso a la información en tiempo real, y la creación de reportes actualizados.

ICTs AND ECONOMIC PROCUREMENT MANAGEMENT

ABSTRACT

ICTs have a great impact on companies to improve their productivity. In this sense, the Brewery Bucanero S.A., located in the province of Holguín, Cuba, has among its purposes to computerize the work carried out by the Legal Department in economic contracting, in order to strengthen the production and sale of its product portfolio. Currently in the management of contracts great difficulties are evident, for which the creation of a computer tool that manages and controls the information generated in said process is proposed as a solution. The present investigation describes this software, for which Angular.js, NodeJs and its Express framework were used as web developmen framework; as PostgreSQL database manager, and to guide its development the Iconix methodology. The web application made facilitates the work of operations with different suppliers and customers. It also favors the management of contracts because it allows knowing in what state they are (expired or current), alerting when their life is about to expire, so that the corresponding actions can be carried out so as not to incur in illegal acts. On the other hand, it favors the decision-making of the company's management, by allowing directors access to information in real time, and the creation of updated reports.
