LA GESTIÓN INTEGRADA DE RIESGOS EN LA PUESTA EN VALOR DEL PATRIMONIO DOCUMENTAL

RESUMEN

En el artículo, los autores exponen un resultado de investigación que buscó solucionar las insuficiencias en la puesta en valor del patrimonio documental identificadas en un estudio realizado en el Archivo Histórico de la Provincia de Holguín. Se desarrolló un procedimiento que mejore la gestión integrada de riesgos, que contribuye a la apropiación social de la información con valor permanente que se custodia en las instituciones especializadas y personas naturales de la provincia Holguín. De igual modo, se revelan resultados preliminares, obtenidos con el apoyo de los métodos de investigación y mediante el criterio de especialistas, lo que posibilitó comprobar la pertinencia de este, respaldada por el consenso favorable, en lo referido a su coherencia y viabilidad.

INTEGRATED RISK MANAGEMENT IN THE ENHANCEMENT OF DOCUMENTARY HERITAGE

ABSTRACT

In the article, the authors present a research result that sought to solve the shortcomings in the process of enhancing the documentary heritage identified in a study carried out in the Provincial Historical Archive of Holguín. As a solution, a procedure was developed for the integrated management of risks in the enhancement of the documentary heritage, which allowed the social appropriation of the information with permanent value that is kept in the specialized institutions and natural persons of the Holguín province. Similarly, preliminary results are revealed, obtained with the support of research methods and through the criteria of specialists, which made it possible to verify its relevance, supported by the favorable consensus, regarding its coherence and viability.
