TECNOLOGÍAS DE LA INFORMACIÓN Y LAS COMUNICACIONES EN FUNCIÓN DEL PROCESO DIRECTIVO DE INSTITUCIONES EDUCATIVAS DEL SECTOR RURAL

RESUMEN

La utilización de las tecnologías de la información y las comunicaciones constituye una problemática de gran interés en las actuales circunstancias para el trabajo del Ministerio de Educación como parte del tercer perfeccionamiento del sistema nacional de educación, por ello, diseñar un procedimiento para su utilización en función del proceso de dirección de las instituciones educativas que componen las unidades territoriales del sector rural es el objetivo fundamental de la presente investigación. Como vía de solución se implementó en la práctica un procedimiento el cual consta de cuatro etapas: Preparación de los directivos, comunicación en entornos digitales, colaboración y participación en comunidades y redes, creación de contenidos digitales y protección de la información y datos. La propuesta fue aplicada y para la valoración de la factibilidad se desarrollan talleres de socialización, donde los participantes manifestaron el consenso, que es aplicable al proceso de dirección de las unidades territoriales del municipio.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES AND THE COMMUNICATIONS IN SHOW OF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS' DIRECTIVE PROCESS OF THE RURAL SECTOR

ABSTRACT

The utilization of information technologies and communications constitutes a problem of great interest under the present circumstances for the work of the Ministry Of Education as part of the third perfecting of the national system of education, for it, to design a procedure for his utilization in terms of the process of address that they fix the territorial units of the rural sector of the educational institutions is the fundamental objective of present it investigation. This implemented a procedure itself in practice like road of solution you consist of four stages: The executives’ preparation, communication at digital surroundings, collaboration and participation in communities and nets, creation of digital contented and information security and data. The proposal was applied, and they develop workshops of socialization, where participants manifested the consent, that it is applicable to the process of address of the territorial units of the municipality for the assessment of feasibility.
