RESUMEN
Como es sabido, los emprendedores que poseen negocios en categorías de Micros, Pequeñas y Medianas Empresas se han visto afectado principalmente al no tener conocimiento de los análisis financieros; esto les ha causado varias dificultades en la identificación de los factores de riesgo en los que puede caer la empresa. De los principales momentos se da por el desconocimiento de la gerencia en procedimiento de control administrativo contable y el estudio incorrecto del negocio, ocasionando problemas a no ser competitivos, desviando sus objetivos que no permiten alcanzar sus metas. Utilizando el método descriptico analítico en el desarrollo de este trabajo de investigación de corte teórico, permitió definir el marco teórico del análisis financiero para identificar factores de riegos en las microempresas de giro comercial, el cual es el propósito de la presente investigación.

THE THEORETICAL FRAMEWORK OF FINANCIAL ANALYSIS TO IDENTIFY RISK FACTORS IN MICROENTERPRISES
ABSTRACT
As is known, entrepreneurs who own businesses in categories of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises have been affected mainly by not having knowledge of financial analysis; this has caused them several difficulties in identifying the risk factors that the company may fall into. The main moments are due to the ignorance of the management in the accounting administrative control procedure and the incorrect study of the business, causing problems to not be competitive, deviating its objectives that do not allow it to reach its goals. Using the analytical descriptive method in the development of this theoretical research work, it allowed to define the theoretical framework of financial analysis to identify risk factors in commercial microenterprises, which is the purpose of this research.
