PERFECCIONAMIENTO DEL SGSST DE LA UBPC LEONEL DÍAZ SEGÚN LA NC ISO 45001:2018

RESUMEN         

Las organizaciones están llamadas al diseño e implantación de un Sistema de Gestión de la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SGSST), con el objetivo de mejorar las condiciones de trabajo en sus procesos, teniendo en cuenta las características psicofisiológicas y físicas de los trabajadores, así como los requerimientos de los procesos, la tecnología y el medio ambiente. La presente investigación persigue como objetivo perfeccionar el Sistema de Gestión de la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo en la UBPC Leonel Díaz montero de acuerdo con lo estipulado en la NC ISO 45001:2018. Para ello se aplicó un procedimiento para el perfeccionamiento que permitió definir la situación actual del SGSST, determinar las conformidades y no conformidades y trazar estrategias de mejoras para el diseño e implementación del SGSST bajo las directrices de la NC ISO 45001:2018. Producto del diagnóstico realizado mediante diversas técnicas, las cuales llevaron a la determinación de 54 no conformidades, se elaboró la propuesta de un plan de acciones para la mejora del SGSST de la entidad.

IMPROVEMENT OF THE OHSMS OF THE UBPC LEONEL DÍAZ ACCORDING TO THE NC ISO 45001: 2018

ABSTRACT

Organizations are called upon to design and implement an Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS), with the aim of improving working conditions in their processes, taking into account the psychophysiological and physical characteristics of the workers, as well as the requirements of processes, technology, and the environment. The objective of this research is to improve the Occupational Health and Safety Management System at UBPC Leonel Díaz Montero in accordance with the provisions of NC ISO 45001: 2018. For this, a procedure for improvement was applied that allowed defining the current situation of the OHSMS, determining the conformities and non-conformities, and drawing up improvement strategies for the design and implementation of the OHSMS under the guidelines of the NC ISO 45001: 2018. As a result of the diagnosis conducted by means of various techniques, which led to the determination of fifty-four non-conformities, a proposal for an action plan was drawn up to improve the entity's OHSMS.
