UNA GESTIÓN EDUCATIVA DIFERENTE ATEMPERADA A LA UNIVERSIDAD CONTEMPORÁNEA

RESUMEN

Las universidades del presente milenio desarrollan su formación ante nuevas complejidades e impensados riesgos de tipo climático, social, económico, ambiental, educativo, etc., así como nuevos retos por la globalización del conocimiento, el impetuoso desarrollo de las nuevas tecnologías, la ciencia y la técnica. Todo lo cual ha devenido en nuevas maneras de pensar, de sentir, comportarse y proyectar la vida; en consecuencia, se impone adoptar formas de gestión educativa diferentes, si se quiere preservar, desarrollar y promover la cultura para llegar a ser una universidad transformadora, atemperada a los contextos y tiempos que se viven, donde los jóvenes universitarios, ineludiblemente, han de ser protagonistas en la gestión. En el trabajo se hace un análisis, una sistematización y una triangulación importante de referentes y resultados científicos que justifican las aportaciones de la investigación realizada, con énfasis en las pautas que orientan el desarrollo de la gestión educativa por una labor educativa congruente con la universidad actual; principal objetivo logrado.

A DIFFERENT EDUCATIONAL MANAGEMENT TEMPERED TO THE CONTEMPORARY UNIVERSITY

ABSTRACT

The universities of the present millennium develop their training in the face of new complexities and unexpected risks of climate, social, economic, environmental, educational, etc., as well as new challenges due to the globalization of knowledge, the impetuous development of recent technologies, science and the technique. All of which has resulted in new ways of thinking, feeling, behaving and projecting life; Consequently, it is imperative to adopt different forms of educational management, if culture is to preserved, developed and promoted in order to become a transformative university tempered by the contexts and times that are lived, where young university students, inevitably, have to be protagonists in management. In the work there is an analysis, systematization and an important triangulation of references and scientific results that justify the contributions of the research conducted, with emphasis on the guidelines that guide the development of educational management for an educational work congruent with the current university; main objective achieved.
